Refunds and Cancellations Policy

We understand that there could reasons wherein you might have to return our products. Refunds Policy 

We will issue a full refund for any full priced unopened product that is returned within 7  days from the date of purchase for our offline sales and within 7 days from the product  being delivered for our online sales. You can contact us on wecare@lushvitality.in or  9717234331. The refund will be processed once the product is received by us within 7  working days. 

Our products once opened cannot be repackaged or resold due to our strict quality control  process and the fact that we do not add any artificial preservatives. We do not accept  returns for opened products. We do not offer any refunds for any open products. Lush  Vitality will not be responsible for any damage to the product post pick up the customer or  acceptance of delivery. 

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of  delivery. 

Cancellation Policy 

Orders once placed through www.lushvitality.in cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be  made once an order has been successfully placed through www.lushvitality.in
